What we're looking for

  • End-to-end product design — a strong portfolio showing you've taken features from blank page to shipped product.

  • Design systems — you've built or contributed to one, and you understand why they matter.

  • User research — comfortable running it, and you've actually changed a design because of it.

  • Craft with speed — you can balance pixel-perfect and ship-it-now depending on what the moment needs.

  • Figma — proficiency is a must. It's our tool.

  • Bonus — you've designed AI-powered products or data-heavy interfaces and know how to make complexity feel simple.
